OKX tax FAQ
How do I do my OKX taxes for SARS?
Connect OKX with a read-only API key (plus passphrase). Coinfig imports your history and builds a filing-ready report.
Does Coinfig support OKX Convert and Earn?
Yes. Conversions are imported as disposals and Earn rewards as income at receipt value.
Does OKX report to SARS?
No. OKX is an offshore exchange and does not report to SARS. You must declare your gains yourself. This is not tax advice.
Why does OKX need a passphrase?
OKX API keys use a passphrase as an extra security layer. Enter it alongside the key and secret when connecting in Coinfig.
